At 17 years old, I hated the way I looked.
I was skinny, lacked confidence and felt like no matter how much I trained, nothing seemed to change. I thought I was working hard, but looking back, my training lacked structure, my nutrition was inconsistent and I had no real plan to follow.
Everything changed when I started working with a coach.
For the first time, I understood how to train properly, how to fuel my body for growth and how much difference accountability can make when things get tough.
Over the following years, I transformed both physically and mentally. I went from struggling to stay above 70kg to building a physique I never thought was possible, while gaining confidence, structure and discipline that carried over into every area of my life.
That's why I became a coach.
