At 17 years old, I hated the way I looked.
I was skinny, lacked confidence and felt like no matter how much I trained, nothing seemed to change. I thought I was working hard, but looking back, my training lacked structure, my nutrition was inconsistent and I had no real plan to follow.
Everything changed when I started working with a coach.
For the first time, I understood how to train properly, how to fuel my body for growth and how much difference accountability can make when things get tough.
Over the following years, I transformed both physically and mentally. I went from being under 70kg and lacking confidence to building a physique I never thought was possible, while gaining confidence, structure and discipline that carried over into every area of my life.
That's why I became a coach.
Not because I wanted to sell workout plans, but because I know first-hand how powerful the right guidance can be. My coach changed my life, and my goal is to help other men experience that same transformation.
Today, I help men build muscle, lose body fat and improve their confidence through personalised training, nutrition and accountability.
I currently work with multiple clients at different stages of their journeys, from complete beginners looking to build confidence in the gym to those wanting to gain muscle, lose body fat and improve their overall lifestyle.
My goal isn't to keep clients dependent on me forever.
