I haven't always been the person standing in front of you with a plan. A decade ago I was skinny, weak and convinced I just "couldn't build muscle" no matter how much I trained. Learning how to train and eat properly changed that — and rebuilding myself taught me far more than any textbook could.

I became a coach because I know exactly what that first nervous step feels like. My mission with ScottMelFit is simple: help busy people build muscle, tone up and gain real strength — with better habits and lasting confidence, without extreme diets or living in the gym.

Depending on your package, you'll get flexible nutrition guidelines or a fully custom plan with targets, meal ideas and ongoing adjustments. No banned foods — just an approach you can actually stick to.

Premium and Elite clients check in every week, where I review your progress, photos and data, then adjust your plan. You can also message me any time between check-ins.
